Delivery & Returns
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund please read the following carefully.
Delivery is €14.95 with DPD and can not exceed 30 KG
Delivery with An Post Tracked is €9.95 and can not exceed 10KG
Self Pick up is also available with an appointment by text to 0861668906
• If you are not happy with your goods please return them to us within 14 days of receipt
• We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
• On receipt of the goods returned for a refund you will be refunded the amount paid for the goods and the initial delivery charge (if applicable)
• We strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
• Before sending your returns please contact us by telephone or email to obtain a refund authorisation number and complete the returns form included with your order.
• Refunds will be made to the card used for original payment and will be processed within 5 days of receipt of returned goods.
Delivery is 3-7 working days
